my 03 coupe's clutch with 31k miles feels like its brand new....

Previous owner probably couldnt drive if you had to replace it already....

Mounts would cause vibration at any rpm.... OP is saying only at the clutch chatter points is there vibration.... That's what lightened fly's do. Should try throwing the Stillen torque bar on as well, then its obnoxious. If it stops by 2k rpms, its nothing more than the lightened flywheel behaving normally.

I've had them...and you wouldn't get vibration, necessarily at ALL RPM's. Usually, only at high torque times, example, when hitting the gas at low rpm. Once it torques, the vibrations typically go away. The loud rattles and noises at other times, could also be an indicator of a mount issue.

Now, I don't disagree that it is very likely just the flywheel characteristics...been there and experienced that before. Perhaps the driver hasn't ever had one before.

Kind of like exhaust...sound is purely objective... ;-)

I appreciate all the replies, I took it to the Nissan-Ship, so they could listen and they said it sounded pretty normal esp for JWT fly,

SO maybe i am over paranoid and treat my baby like an infant. :/
