I was walking around in pepboys the other day and came across a nitrous express octane booster in one of the isles, it cost around 15.00 USD...anyone ever used this before?

If the programming in your computer for boosting and fuel/air mixture is setup properly for the increase in octane it will make a difference. High octane makes the most difference in FI applications, as the higher the octane, the more boost you can push.
And no, the stuff is snake oil, it works b/c you think it's working.
