I was walking around in pepboys the other day and came across a nitrous express octane booster in one of the isles, it cost around 15.00 USD...anyone ever used this before?

Waste of money.
If the car isn't tuned for high octane levels, you won't get anything out of it.

false. putting octane booster on my LS, i felt a huge difference in acceleration. kinda like the acceleration you get when you hop on a loaner G from Infiniti.

most of them claim up to 10 points of increase, which is one octane. You will only see a real increase from a 93 to 100 and your car has a 100 octane program on the turbo.

What do you mean "has a 100 octane on the turbo"?

If the programming in your computer for boosting and fuel/air mixture is setup properly for the increase in octane it will make a difference. High octane makes the most difference in FI applications, as the higher the octane, the more boost you can push.
And no, the stuff is snake oil, it works b/c you think it's working.
