you can call the police sayng your are currently following the hit and run driver that just hit you...that will get them on street and comin for your problem. I was hit by a hit and run driver and they were there in 5 minutes, he left though and got away.

Actually he was turning on a yellow light. The lady was supposed to stop, but instead cut the other guy off and tried to beat the yellow light.

I've been in an identical accident and won in court. The lady is at fault and should be raped for running like the b*tch she is.
