Got a chip down to the metal that is beginning to rust on my Ivory Pearl G. Asked dealer for "touch-up" paint and he told me that Infiniti only makes the Clear Coat for the Ivory Pearl...there is no touch up for the base coat! Is this possible. Can anyone shed any light on this. Thanks... I'd like to get it covered up ASAP.

Re: CHIP

Thanks for the update. Any ideas on how I should cover it up for the time being?

Re: CHIP

I heard once to put wax on it. Not car wax but actual candle wax. It's supposed to keep the moisture out and keep it from rusting. good luck.

Re: CHIP

Is the problem with the factory paint which is on the car? or the touch up paint? I've just had my front bumper repainted by Infiniti because of paint chips.
