I'd rather get a 6MT, worry about the navigation later.

Navigation is great! I dont mind driving an auto as long as I have navi.

If you had to choose, what would you do? I'm hoping to pick one up sooner than later, so any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Definately go with the 6 speed....It's pointless to get an automatic sports coupe...6 speed is a great time..and you can always get the aftermarket navi....

I have a 03 6MT w/ Nav, and I would definitely go with the 6MT. Honestly the Nav isn't even all that great, even with the updated map, I can't find 40% of the places I go to. There is no touch screen, no voice control, and the DVD seek time is pathetic compared to memory type or HDD type aftermarket navigation systems out there. My wife just got a Mio 310x for $200, and that puny thing is way faster and more graphic appealing than the stock nav system. (pre-07 anyways)

6MT....Like GOOD2GO said, its easier to add Navi than converting AT to MT.

Ran a quick check on my car (05' sedan MT6 sport, no navi) on Edmunds.

Adding Navi increases value by $1548.00

i went for both. 6mt and navi.. no regrets... the other feature such as mileage, road tracking, and stuff is a plus... u wont get that with the aftermarket indash..

plus, i just like it oem... its pimp how it just pops up when u turn the car on.

also a big + on the resale value... no one wants to see a kenwood when they buy an infiniti g35.. they will be like, do u have to stock one?

you'll say, sorry, i sold it on ebay to pay for the kenwood navi... but cmon, look at the screen man, its tight yo...

get the mt. most poeple don't use the nav on a daily basis. as much as the stock nav unit is nice, its not worth 2k especially its not touch screen and not integraged into the car's systems, like the radio and a/c controls. i got a magellan maestro series. with some 3m velcro tape, its sits nicely in the cubby hole where the nav unit would sit. easily removed to be used in my other ride as well.

6mt for sure... you can always add after market navi.. and the plus side is you will have an extra compartment to throw junks in.
