instruction on clutch for the hydraulics

SO I went to this mechanic and he doesnt know what to do with the hydraulics cause it doesnt give enough or something with the pressure plate,

he said its too short or doesnt connect or something. SO i need help so i could tell his a$$ what to do and what he is doing wrong.

i bought a jwt clutch and have the stock flywheel and the mechanic does not know what is wrong with the hydraulics in the clutch

the PROBLEM is that when he installed everything, and i tried to shift it doesnt go into any gear. ONLY when the car is turned off, the shifter will shift into gear.. NEED HELP PLEASE

From: Trolling a forum near u.... (T.O.)
u seriously need a new mechanic. checking the forums... u'll find there have been countless others with swapped clutches and i have yet to hear this problem. i think it's scary that a seasoned mechanic is asking his customer for help... when it's obvious from your op that u yourself have no clue what's going on.

hope everything works out well.

^^ what he said...
Get yourself a new mechanic.
I have installed many clutches thoughtout my lifetime. I have never had
any problems. I am not an auto mechanic. I just own a bunch of wrenches.

well this was like the last minute descion to go to this mechanic. yes i know i shouldnt have went to him, and yes i do regret it. and i do not know why he would touch the hydrolics. its been 6 days since he has it and all this trouble cause of the hydrolics.

i want to give him instruction cause he has no idea what he is doing. he doesnt know how to adjust the hydroliics i think.. ..

He needs to reference a service manual. Think some mechanics subscribe to an online reference service for manuals.
If he does, tell him to do that. It's all in the service manual, section 'CL'.

G/L with everything

Sounds like the clutch hydraulic system needs to be bled. Get a service manual and have him read it (I assume your mechanic can read English). Follow bleeding procedure precisely as described or it will not work. There used to be a thread on G35FRENZY.COM that you could download service manual sections in pdf file.
