I m sorta on the fence also with buying my car out or taking it back in. I have a lease that ends at the end of the year..I'm really waiting for the NY Auto Show to see what the new coupe looks like to make my decision..However, I've been thinking hard about it and I still really enjoy my car. This is my 2nd coupe and I'm still not tired of the car. Plus, I wouldn't mind modding the shiet out of it and just keeping it as my weekend ride..Also I think this body style is pretty sick and it is the first shape out for this model.

LoL I m not sure if Im the right guy to give advice but at this moment I'm leaning more towards keeping it. People still turn heads when I pull up somewhere and the G has been out for like 4 years.

Good luck..let us know the outcome.

-Vin

Either way, that Volvo is a nice ride to have to "fall back" on...

as per your request: 335i. they are BA. i made a mistake, i thought they were AWD when i was watching the info on them on car and driver, but with further investigation they aren't. the 328i coupe comes in awd.

and you can always get a g35x if you want a sedan. from what i know from my best friend duke (that is a master tech at dreyer and reinbold bmw) the bmw's handle really well in the snow if you drive them sensible.

1 turbo dual intercooler dear that's is "Refined"... btw that's what the R stands for... not for "Racing"

[QUOTE=blueSKYLINE][COLOR="RoyalBlue"]Just wondering ... what nice looking AWD cars are you refering to?
Because after quite a lot of research this is the best one I came up with, and trust me I never thought I would drive/buy a Volvo either, but considering that I want power and luxury and AWD, there is just nothing better out there (in the same price range).

My other choices were

2) Infiniti FX <-- I havent reached the Soccer Mom stage yet so I'm not ready to ride around in something so big

Soccer MOM? Check out Rookie on here His FX 507 WHP..VRT..or check out infinitifx.org. I have a G coupe and a FX-35 and having fun Modding both. The FX is a G35sedan on steriods not a Murano as some think..sorry but you might have missed the fun of driving the FX...Plenty of Mods..

The new Ford Focus is set to get the same exact powertrain and chassis as the S60. The Focus RS will have the 5-Cylinder, single turbo intercooled AWD engine, but only available in Europe. And Rolex is right, Ford does OWN Volvo car division, but finding a car that is not partly owned by an American car company is a lil hard. Seems all is left is BMW, Honda, Toyota, Nissan and VW (And their luxury spin-offs)!!!

Also is the Mazdaspeed 6 AWD? I thought they are FWD? Maybe I'm misinformed

+++++1. I would never buy any Ford or Mazda or American for that matter.
I guess volvo is partly American though ...

The only exception to that rule is the current gen Vette

From a financial standpoint, it is never a good idea to own two semi-new cars. You have two rapidly depreciating assets with very little return in investment.

I would definitely sell the G. Unless of course money is no object ... then it wouldnt really matter

Blue, we would love pics of you posing with BOTH of the blue rides!

You have great taste in cars and color!

Best of luck with your decision.

I can't keep both so I have to pick one.
From a financial stand point I'm really starting to think that over the next 2 years I will end up losing more money from the Volvo if I decide to keep it.

It all comes down to which one is going to depreciate more faster.
