I'm at 30k as well on my 03, I use AmsOil which requires oil changes every 7 or 8k, great stuff!

I'm less than 600 miles away from the big 40.......on my 04 coupe, Had it out yesterday since it was nice here in the Northeast after that ice/snow storm on Friday......Car still feels likes it new.

Still love the looks and feel of this car.....I'm still not sure about the 08'.. I guess I'll have to wait and see

I'm less than 1000 miles from 70K and the G is great, no complaints, in fact, the engine and shifting are better than ever, it seems like everything has really broken in and I'm lovin' it

Nissan engineers would love your answer very much!! :-), have you done all the major services at the dealer or some on your own? That is pretty nice to hear your positive view about the G at 70K!!

I have only done the lubricants and a proper fuel injection service; I always use Royal Purple lubricants and at least 93 octain fuel... I read about what is done in the major services and most is inspections; I've done those things under the hood and on a rack...
All is well; I've never done the major services on any of my cars or trucks at the dealer, but I do follow the maintenance and will do most myself including valve lash adjustments (Which we don't need on the VQ)... You can save your money, just be thorough and inspect everything well; I have found things upon inspections on past vehicles that would have created problems if they had not been found... Things like corroded battery connections, loose bolts etc. so I do not recommend just skipping the scheduled maintenance; however,I will not pay hundreds of dollars at the dealership, they are overpriced; if they would come down a bit, their service departments would be much more profitable.
