MAn, i am 1000 miles away from 40k, in my IP '04. is it me or do i think my ride is old or beaten up now. i dontknow, its just a weird feeling. how many miles do you got?

40,000 isnt really that much, theres plenty of members with 100,000+ miles on theres

 

Mine just crossed 40k this morning... But, it doesn't seem old or beaten up, as I've only had it since December 29th, 2006. I'm only a few hundred miles away from doing my first oil change on her since I bought it.

Oh yeah, and mine is an '04 Black Obsidian 6MT.

I'm in the same exact situation, just that I think my car is still holding up really good, nice and tight.

 

Yes, MY first oil change since I bought the car December 29th, 2006. Not the CAR'S first oil change.

the coolest thing though is that the leather holds that unique smell. and everytime i do get in it, it smells brand new. i mean i love my car, i just see the same mileage selling for man thousands less, but thats the name of the car game.

 

Ha! Right there with th ya. Just hit 40K last night. I do plan on getting the G37 a few months after it comes out. I figure worst case by this time next year.
