So Am I going to be the oldest G35c driver around?

For sure, my experiences are accumulating ... and the photo album testifies to this.
Ah, yes. The 1958 Karmen Ghia BRG -- my first car, it was 10 years old when I got it ... learned to 'heel-and-toe' in that baby! ... listening to Sgt Pepper on a Blaupunkt radio.
The 1961 Austin Healey BT7 red -- always ran hot ... a bit of a brute.
The 1967 Austin Healey BJ8 yellow -- what a great sound with the peddle to the metal in third gear!
The 1969 Morgan 4/4 Competition blue -- Oselli tuned, I could never part with this one ... still have it after 28 years!
The 1971 Fiat 124 Sport Spider yellow -- much more fun than it sounds!
The 1974 Datsun 240Z silver -- very pretty car ... until I rolled it.
The 1989 Taurus SHO black -- great fun, up until the moment that guy ran a stop sign and wrote it off with 10K on the odometer.
The 1990 Taurus SHO black -- replacement car, also great fun ... had it for a decade ... terrific power shifts!
Over the years, there were various other 'everyday' cars ... always, with manual shift ... still have two Volvos in the stable, great for getting from A to B.
And now the 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe MT6 silver -- a real blast ... one of the very best! ... my son refers to it as a 'sweet ride'.
Yup, I am experienced ... my son doesn't seek advice much ... but I notice he has started his own photo album of 'sweet rides'.

I'm 22, I find that in my area alot of G owners are in their 30/40s because most kids are into modded civics, 240sx, STI, S2000, mustangs, vettes etc. Most of them don't even know how great it is to own a quality car that can offer luxury AND performance.
It's fun to see that some of you guys are 40-50-60+ and can still enjoy the G.

I'm 32 and think that the younger generation would rather take a 17K car (ie: Civic, Neon, etc) and add 13K worth of mods to make it fast, nice, clean. As you get older, pass that stage, you still want a fast car, but now with some luxury features, smoother ride, and don't want to work on it as much. Thus, the G35, Lexus IS300, BMW 3-series, Audi S4, TT, etc.

yup I kin relate, 31 here, but got to work on all the 60's and 70's cars in high school. If I wanted to go to the beach on saturday, I was usually under my car or hunched over the engine early saturday morning. My oldest will be driving in 2 years. And yes I fully plan on modding this car. 12.5 second 1/4 time with handling to match in two years.

lmaooo.....well.....of the G35 Drivers I have actually met, none has been under 45. I am just shy of 51, went to my first racing school at 49, and have been building cars and 4-wheelers since I was 14...these forums are a great way to get information, although I do have to admit one tends to find the more computer-enabled younger set more inclined to use it.

How many 20 somethings make the type of money required to buy a G? Well, except those in this forum. I think the 20 somethings are mainly buying Honda's and Eclipse's...I'm 26
