So Am I going to be the oldest G35c driver around?
Am picking up my coupe in a few weeks after turning in my 99 clk. I just love the looks of the G35 both in and out. So my question... I'm 37. From reading this board, and reading some of the situations, vocabulary etc.. I get the impression that alot of you are in your 20's. Maybe I'm right maybe not. Just curious-do you all think its just that internet boards tend to attract younger people and there are a lot of old farts like me driving this car or do you think most drivers are on the younger side? Does anyone have any facts from infiniti on average customer or anything.. Really just curious as to others opinions. Thanks.

I've been into cars as Long as I've been driving. I've been going to Shows and Showing for Just as Long also. Still going strong. I was just in IMPORT REVOLUTION at San Mateo a few months back. And I'll enter HIN Del Mar in february. Yes My Car is Modded. I Believe FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS DRIVE STOCK! LOL im sorry im 19 and i see this post as somewhat retarded...
This forum is pretty much made of G owners who come to learn about the g35... Were all of different ages... and i also dont see how age matters if the information given is accurate and helps a fellow G owner out with an issue...
FOR example: How different mods look/perform on the car...
Our G's are like toys to us we ride them around for fun which is why i would imagine some of the lingo being spoken is not to mature... but then again forums would be boring if everyone spoke like an OLD Wise men...

I think this post is just fine.
The reason why many drivers on this board are young is just because it's an internet forum.
Younger people tend to view this site.. from the people I've seen driving the G... it definately looks balanced as to the age of people that own one.
As for me, I'm 22, and about to become another $32,000 in debt.

16. =) I got the opposite impression, I thought this congregation consisted more of older enthusiasts interested in more than trying to get some by showing off their cars. =P I must say, I don't think the Gcoupe would be the ideal location. The backseats have tht stupid plastic divider. I guess if you folded down the back seats, there would be a little more comfort room... JK

i think you are certainly correct about the age and the lingo from the younger members. it becomes a bit tiring at times. the 350z forums are much worse, as expected, but i spend most of my time there for the technical information. to each his own, but i believe that the younger members (everyone in fact) need to respect other's opinions and ideas, and cut out the rap star lingo. sometimes the threads turn into a pissing contest, and that is not what we are here for. things are usually different for the people who actually paid for their cars. i am 25 years young.
