g35 sunroof gasket replacement thread
just making this quick
i have a leak whenever it rains, water pools up in my overhead lights, and i also coincidentally have a wiring issue.
if any of you guys have a budget friendly link or any link at all to replace this sunroof/moonroof gasket, please post it down below to help me out. i appresh!

Definitely check the drains first. Run a stout bit of fishing line through them to see if you can clear it.... Be careful not to detach the drain hose from the nipple while you are auguring the thing out!

Funny that less than a month after this post, my drains plugged and I had drip from the A-pillar finisher on my left leg. Unpleasant.
So here's the specs for what I used: Salt water leader. 1.9mm, 300 lb. test. You can also get 2.0mm, which is 400 lb. test. You only need about a foot at most to clear out the drain hole. You probably don't need to go through the entire drain line. Poured some water in the sunroof channel, and watched it drain out behind the wheel well. Satisfying.
