Can someone help me find this one thread

I have been searching for this one thread that came up a few months ago about CCFL lights in the interior... it was a DIY on the CCFL lights.... If someone could be so kind to help me find this thread.

in advance search, there's a "search type" option...either "natural english" or "boolean"...i think boolean makes a broader search and accepts more non-english terms as in GTR, ccfl, etc.
