After the experience of changing the oil, has anyone created or seen an aftermarket splash guard for the bottom of the engine compartment when changing oil and oil filter?

Thinking of cutting a piece of the cover for easy access by the oil drain and oil filter due to so many bolts to remove on the bottom of the g35, this has to be some intelligent alternative for a car like this.

Any ideas?
