diamond graphite = boring?
whatever color you get you will probably want another. I have a DG coupe and wish it was IP.. I find it looks better during certain times of the day depending on the lighting, and always looks awesome at night. Always keep a good coat of wax on it too.
I can't think of anything new to say that hasn't already been said (DG in a good way). However, I think the worst color is CB. It is just so bright blue that belongs on the Suburus and Lancers. My first choice was LS but they didn't have the options (or the lack thereof), and second was AB (same think as LS), so I ended up with my third choice. However, now I'm glad I didn't get the LS being that it is too powdery (aka girly color, IMHO) but sometimes wish for the AB, since I haven't seeen too many of those and the ones I do, look nice.
Also agree that when DG gets dirty, not too exciting to look at but really stands out after a good wash and wax. I used Mother's FX (synthetic wax) and it sure made the metel flakes pop out at you. I'm using Mother's Reflection and it doesn't quite make it "pop" out, but has a dark deep grey with metal fakes as oppose to the FX which is more of the wet look.

Leguna Seca blue was also one of the most undesired colors on the origninal e46 m3 coupe. For some reason its big with car enthusiasts, but fot the general majority it wasnt ordered much when new.
Its amazing to me how many people here think cb is a bad color, yet they dont mind LR, a ess complicated color with less depth and flake.

Every single G on the road is DG, at least where i am. I love my lakeshore slate and wouldn't have any other color, its just so classy. I think the LS is UGLY on a sedan though. I dont know what it is but it just doesnt work imo. My 2nd choice would have been OB.
dg may be common. but it makes you feel better when you see a stock one on the road and you know yours looks better.
and now, i'm going to ***** my car (pictures)...

some times i think to myself i should have gone with LR, IP, or AB...then i look at my car (or these pics when my car isn't around
) and i feel better..heh

. It is also a relatively rare color at least around my area.
