When i drive over a bump or rough road, i can hear the creaking sound come from my rear suspension. I have TEIN type CS damper, spring and shock absorber. I took the car back to the installer, and he said that i need to buy a plastic thing for the spring, so that it can eliminate the sound.
I am wondering whats that platic thing for the spring called and where can i get it??
i called TEIN distributor in NY, but they dont know what that is?!!
so is there anywhere i can go for this???

i think the installer is just feeding you a load of BS cause he doesnt know what hes talking about. I installed my TEIN Flex's by myself and can say if there is any kind of noise im guessing that something probably isnt torqued right

yeah im having the same problem...it happens the most when im backing out of driveways..its embarassing! i took it to the dealer and they said it was because the heat shields were rusted..BS! im gonna take it back monday and find out
