Clear Corners

I'm anticipating my clear corners any day now. I did a search but could not find any DIY posts about installing them, although i heard it was a straightforward process. Anyone have instructions for me. I'd really appreciate it

Re: Clear Corners

The reason you wont find any DIY posts is the fact that its so easy to do! Grab the corner closest to the tire and simply pull off. Disconnect the light plug, replace the unit with the clear one, and push back in. Thats it! There's you DIY install for the clear corners...

Re: Clear Corners

i got mine yesterday. exactly what the previous reply said except the cars wireing end jack that meets the reflector unit can be hard to disconnect/reconnect. so i took a pair of needlenose pliers to squeeze the tab of the jack down to pull apart and push the new together. probably too much info for something this simple.

don't start no sh*t, won't be no sh*t!

Re: Clear Corners

Hey Mix, thank for the thumbs up...

The skirt is actually the Stillen front aero lip with 2pc C-West Carbon Fiber conards on each side. The lip was right around $280 straight from Stillen. Shipping to me was around $30 from Cali to NY, and add another $80 for paint. The conards were roughly $100 with shipping. Installation on the both the lip and the conards was very easy, and took me about an hour in total.

The grill is something I designed and made myself. I custom chopped and cut out the center section that housed the OEM emblem and reformed the center section to gice it a smooth, sleek look. I offered my services to others that wanted the same grill for $125, and I just last week I finished off my 8th grill for fellow G owners. The way the process works is, you send me your grill, it takes me 2-4 days to complete it, and then I ship it back to you.

For the time being, due to the holidays and whatnot, I'm pressed for time, so I'm not taking any more orders till sometime after New Years.
