I am sooooo pissed. I just noticed it today. My car is dirty as hell as it is hard to keep clean with all the salt on the roads.. Anyways im still waiting for the insurance check to show up so I can get a new bumper cover to fix the first time I got hit. I have no idea who hit it so im [censored] outa luck with getting it payed for..

Here are the pics can someone please tell if you can will a body shop be able to get this out? Or will they have to strip the paint and repaint it?

well, looks like you either made bad judgement when turning near a car that was parked (and don't want to admit it), OR someone parked next to you cut the wheel too much when backing out of their spot.

they will most likely have to replace the whole panel that is dented. i'd expect around $800+ to fix it. i really don't know anything about car repair though. just a guesstimate.

 

Someone bonked me in a parking lot in nearly the exact same place, but far more gently. My bill was ~$1500.00. There is no way it will look like new unless they take it all apart and do a complete paint/body repair.

Wait guys I saw it today and it seem that the light makes it look sooooo much worse then it is..

Remember that the bottom bumper is already getting replace from some hitting me while parked..

And NO I didnt hit anything. I think its was from parking on the street and there was snow on it and some must have lost control and skimmed it..

By looking at it today it looks like a REALY good autobody guy will be able to get it out no problem.. The top scratch thats on the rear quarter panel is what counts and it just looks like plastic rubbed on with a lil dullness..

So when i get my rear bumper cover replaced next week ill have him just compound it out..

Those pics make it look SOOOOO much worse then it is.. And last night was the first time to see it.. But like I said seeing it in the light made me feel alot better as i believe it can be taken out without swirl marks...

anyone disagree?? How much do you thing to compond it out 50$??

Ha Ha ur from callie. We just had a big snow storm and they dumped lots of salt the roads to melt the snow and prevent ice. After the snow is gone the salt is still there and a powder stays in the air and sticks to the car which makes it usless to wash the car..

tell me about it.. you guys are gonna want to kill me..but i haven't washed my car once since the day i got it. Since the, none stop it's either work or bad weather.. ie. Snow or Rain.
