Question Driverside Power Lock Problem??

Anyone else have issues like this? My driver side door won't unlock w/ the key fob. Well sometimes it will, but not that often. This just started happening out of the blue. I'm taking it in this week to be checked. Possible causes.... Bad Motor, Bad Key Fob, etc?

If it's just the driver's side, your FOB is fine. The dealer will have to fix the switch or motor.

Hopefully it something simple.... I just got off and made it home and realized I didn't have any problem with the door when I left the job. Its going to work perfectly fine when I take it in, I just know it!!

Any idea on how much it costs to have this fixed? My wife's coupe won't lock/unlock with the fob. You have to insert the key and lock/unlock the door...

It's probably the battery in the key fob

Why don't you try the spare key fob and see if the problem persist.

b/c the passenger side still locks/unlocks with the key fob... I know it's not the fob that's bad.

Ditto for me, only the drives side will work 20% of the time, mostly have to use the key!
