Way back then

Mid 2002 is when i first set my eyes on the Coupe debut at the 2002 NewYork auto show

and somehow i got my hand on this poster
.

and then this brochure... i wear i looked at these like everyday

it's fast,but it's not here yet
.

.
it was so hard to spot a coupe in the dealers because basicly it's sold before even got to the dealers.when the car does arrived, the buyers took it right off the delivery truck haha... once in a very long time i saw one on the road and man i followed it as far as i can and my shirt wet because of all the drooling... ok,i blow it up a bit there hehe.... what a memory

I worked in engineering for George P. Johnson co. and did the design enginering for that display. I remember those days well...as well as all the drooling I did while in design center looking at pictures of the coupe.

HAHA... I remember those days. As soon as I saw the reveal, I went to the nearest dealership and put down my deposit. I think I still have that brochure! Took it to the toilet as reading material many a times.

funny... me too. I spent many a time studying that brochure on the throan. I swore that it would be my next car. The car was motivation for me to change jobs which lead to me banking more $! I was on commission and I decided that once I knew that I could make it in my new career that I would go out and buy my 6-speed G35!

I had one hang up though. My girlfriend of 7 years would have dumped me if I made the purchase without getting a ring first. So, I bought a ring, slapped it on her finger and when out a week later and bought my G!!! We are getting married in 4 weeks, May 11th. Ironic! The G has changed my life!

The original Coupe was red hot for almost 2 years. I'll bet anything that the 08 will be relatively cooled off after 6 months. If the price increase in substantial, it won't need that long.

My car literally has changed my life, many things have happened because of it. For one I've met two people that have changed my life forever cuz of it.
