Don't feel bad, 2 weeks after I got my car out of the shop (after it got broken into) I was talking to my girl, pulled in a parking spot, got out to see how close I was to the concrete wall, got in to pull up a little bit, and for some dumb a$$ reason, had my left foot out the car, and put my right foot on the clutch, and put the car in gear, let the clutch out, bam right into the concrete wall (about 3 feet high)........doh!!!!! As far as body shops, I took mine to Quality Auto Body in Rahway NJ, a lil on the high side, but crazy top notch work.

Damn thats pretty expensive T? Did you go to the stealership? I would figure at max no more than 1000.00. Someone backed into my friends 350Z and they replaced the door skin for 500.00 and 300.00 for paint and 100.00 tip for doing a good job.

$2000 is about right. They will have to remove all the door internals, take the door apart, replace the door skin, re-weld a new door skin on, put door back together, blend into front fender and rear quarter panel. If you have someone just paint the door, you ARE going to see a difference. Or you can put a sticker over it j/k

it def needs to blended into the the fender and the quarter with that color, there is no need to get a new door. It is up to you you can have it re skinned which is going to cost a lot more or you can have it hammer straight then body worked to look like new. Depending on the shop it should be a quality job
Hammering, bodywork, blend 800-1000
New skin, blend 1500 about with most of that as labor changing a skin correctly is a time consuming job

What's with all the "sh!tty mustang" comments? At least the Mustang driver didn't back into his friends ride

Ignorance is awesome.

well this IS a g35 forum...how about you take you 17 posts and leave if you're unhappy and think you're better than everyone. He was supporting a fellow member, unlike what I am doing to you right now. And the mustang driver has dents all over his car(not from other people), hence sh!tty.
