Every time I go to Sydney I see a bunch of GT-Rs. I wasted half my pics on cars.

Ute > Coupes...

Haha...I saw a fixed up Falcon XR8 Ute that must've been fast as hell. Gotta love those Utes.

g35's probably cost a fortune over there...i remember when i was there that benz's cost almost twice as much there as they do in US. Australia is the **** though, i love that country.

So it looks like I'm all on my own here in Melbourne, Australia...

Reason why you don't see many is because it's a special/enthusiast import.

There are more than enough 350Z (that's "three-fifty-zed") running around, just not many V35's....yet!

If I come across any in my daily commute and cruising, I'll be sure to let them know about www.g35driver.com

I think it's just the beginning for the V35 coupe in Melbourne, more and more specialty dealers/garages are bringing them in. I suspect we will see more here.

Hey Guys,

Add one more Aussie to the list. From Sydney.

Mine is still sitting at the docks in Japan, so won't be on the road for around 1 1/2 months.

Here's a quick pic taken in Japan.
Aussie G35's?-004.jpg

Gotta love that lakeshore!
2005, with 24,000 km's.
And yes, I know it has the 17's but wheels were going to be my first mod anyway, so couldn't see any sense in paying extra for something I was going to change. It's actually good motivation to make sure I sort the wheels out as soon as the car lands :-) Oh and if anyone knows how to get a HKS Hi Power down to australia for a decent price, please let me know. Those f****** cost $3000 down here.

To save me starting a new thread, can anyone tell me what this wire connects? seems to be in the centre console.

Cheers

Well why not hang out with the Z’s?

You can buy a pair of stickers for the side rear windows that reads G35DRIVER.COM

Good stuff, that's 2 Lakeshores in Aus. There's a couple at dealers, but no others that I know of on the roads.

As far as mods go, I'm gonna keep it simple in the short term.
Wheels, exhaust and suspension.
I've already spoken to a suspension manufacturer here in Sydney who are interested in using the car to develop a whole line of products for the V35. In return, i get free development, free labour and massive discounts on anything I want on the car. I'm only going to do it though if it's workshop development and not track development.

I think I'm gonna hold off on performance mods, and wait till I'm in a position to go FI.

What about yourself?
Any pics of the beast?

Slowly, there's a few poping up on Skylines Australia as well. So jump on there if you haven't.

Also, let me know if you have a solution to getting the Navi to work.
