publish to the web and then put back in a folder "I label this folder 'web pics' " You should be able to find "publish to web" on your tool bar on left when you are in your pic folder. Once you put back in a seperate folder from the web they will be resized. Thats how I do it anyways.

Here is an easy way to shrink your images:
Download Irfanview (small imaging shareware) from CNET or ZDnet and menu select Image, then Resize/Resample, then in the right panel, select Half and Resample (better quality) or Resize (faster and smaller). You can preserve the image quality while shrinking the size to whatever want.
