Fog LIghts/ Highs

Question: What are a good pair of pure white H4 bulbs that will match the color of the Xenon headlight that I could install in my car for a reasonable price?

What do you think of these?

Re: Fog LIghts/ Highs

I think this question has come up more times than I can count and I think there are about as many opinions of the "closest match" as there are bulbs made for this application. There real answer in my observation is that I have yet to see something that matches closely. Most bulbs are too blue or too yellow. And almost every bulb lacks the lumens (brightness) of the HID's. This is of course why everyone wants HID's anyways. The only thing I have heard that may come close is a system by Catz. It costs about $200 and there are Xenon filled H4 bulbs that come with a "piggy-back" ballast that goes in between the bulb and the wiring harness. This setup is supposed to create the closest to HID light on the market. I have yet to see one so I don't know though. Just run a search on this site and you will find ALL kinds of opinions about ALL kinds of bulbs. I think mostly it's just personally opinion and how color blind you are (us being mostly male and all), he he. Peace.
