What are some things I should look out for that's specific to G35 coupes? I'd like to find one that's under 20k miles and under $30k. Is that possible?

I think it's quite possible. Most coupes sticker at around $35K, and currently can be had (new) discounted to $33-34K. It's not a high production volume car though, so finding what you want in a used one might take some time.

where do you live. in northeast and texas, deals can be had.

j- if you're not paying cash, a new car loan will prove to be a better value. plus NO miles, NO wear, FULL warranty and NO second thoughts about how maintained. that post not a waste of time. want a used car? by a '92 carolla.

actually I bought mine used from carmax..17k miles 6sp w/navi for 31995..works just as well as a new one for me. (I really can't tell the difference..it was well taken care of) I took out an additional 60k bumper to bumper warranty for peace of mind..and if anything goes wrong they will automatically send the car to infiniti without touching it. Some people enjoy knowing they have been the only owner of their car..others don't care for the depreciation. btw I bought a 95 corolla before this =)
