Re: transmission/clutch pedal problem
Can you pull the pedal back up? I had a vehicle years ago with a manual transmission. I had the clutch replaced and the shop apparently sucked. They didn't grease the main shaft that slides back and forth for shifting and so the pedal would stay on the floor when I depressed it. I had to hook my toes under the pedal and pull it back up every time I shifted. I had to go to a different shop to have it fixed. That might not be your problem, but I've had the same experience.

If I'm not mistaken, the tranny uses hydraulics (Brake fluid) not cables. Your hydraulic lines may have a leak. When your lines don't have enough pressure or too much air, your pedal will stick to the floor. Take it to the dealer for repairs. Your car may have 2 bleed points.
