Hey guys. New to the forum, just got a 03 G35 coupe a few days ago and am really interested in getting satellite radio for it. My console has the satellite button on it. Was wondering, without going to the dealership what would I need to set this all up? I read in another thread that the hook up is somewhere in the trunk? The owner's manual unfortunately is not very informative. Will XM or Sirius work? Do I need to purchase a receiver? Thanks!

you buy whatever module you want, plug it up, activate it...thats it...just get a small antenna so you can mount it inside

Since you're a 2003 model, check to make sure your car is prewired. Check for the harness plug in the trunk or go to www.everythingg35.com and go to the xm or sirus units and check your VIN to see if it's prewired or not. If it's prewired, all you need is a tuner box and the antenna. If you're not prewired, you will need to purchase the wiring harness which goes in the back of the stereo and the other end goes to the sat. radio tuner box.
