blinker sound?

my coupe's right and left blinker... when you push the blinker down, it makes the ticking noise to let you know it is on. well, once in a while, there is no ticking noise...happened again this morning...anyone have a similar situation?

Mine has always been so quiet that I can barely ever hear it, especially with the radio up and/or windows down. So I guess I've never noticed if it didn't work sometimes.

It happens to me all the time. After a while it will eventually cut back on. Then off again. You'll get used to it.

Isn't it the sound of a relay clicking? If so, maybe they are going bad?

Hehe, my friend said the same thing when I turned my blinker on...she said "Hey, you better signal so they'll know you want to merge"...I replied, "It is on, but very faint." Yeah, it's very faint but I do hear it...

This car has a quiet blinker signal, which I LOVE. When I used to drive my ex's Honda Civic, the blinker would drive me CRAZY it was so loud and annoying.

Does anyone know if there's a mod to silence the blinker altogether?

Mine is always nice and quiet plus the sound is much better than a standard flasher click.

I heard this means you need to change your blinker fluid.
