I have been slowly looking for a nice shift **** since my stock is wearing out and came across this at a great price. I spoke to the phil at DPE, nice enough to email me from a PM and answered some questions.
It weighs about half a pound and is billet aluminum and he even offered to throw in a sticker for valet, to show the shift pattern.

Tell me what you guys think!

I like it but not really feeling the DPE logo on top.
Does it come in different colors?

It comes close to the "Nismo Ghost" ball shift ****. Not feelin it really... buuuuut it's ok. For that price, I would rather invest in the ghost ****.

don't you find the THX too thin ? I feel a tad more pressure on my palm than I would like when I shift with it.

maybe if there was no DPE on it and if there were different colors or finishes it might be better. seems a bit too plain. but, if it works then use it

I'm thinking of putting the 07 shift **** on my 05. I wonder if it is more ergonomic... Haven't had the chance to stop by infiniti.

so far, nothing beats oem in looks and feel. went with all aluminum crap when i had my integra, put the oem back one and man, it was a lot more comfortable then the aluminum crap. doesn't get hot and actually stays on since its a screw-in ****. some aftermarket requires "4" allen screws to hold in place.

It would be nice if THX offered a "beefier" ****, but it's still much nicer than stock and matches almost perfectly with the '05 trim. I don't have the problem with the pressure on my palm, but I'm just not used to grabbing something as thin as the THX, if you know what I mean.
