Hot foot!
Hot foot!
Anyone else notice the underdash area by your feet getting very hot?? Almost like the heater was on down there? Vent doesn't seem to help but AC does. Is the another g35 coupe thing or do I have a problem (with the car)?
Thanks!

This is like the heater is on or at least letting some heated air in by your feet. Sounds like it is normal????
This is just cruising. Nothing aggresive. Any car (except some of the screwy aircooled cars like beatles) lets hot coolant flow through a heater core inside the car but usually air flow through it is blocked by a vacuum door (sometimes electric). It is an old trick to help with an overheating engine, turn on the heater full blast. Sucks to be in the car but may help when you are stuck in trafic and the needle is rising.
Probably the clicking sound you are hearing is the exaust, usually the catalitic converters contracting as they cool.
Comment if you have any other ideas.
Thanks!
