Extended Warranty and new ownership

Hey all. I just picked up a 2003 a few days ago and the owner said it had an extended warranty to 100k. Now i should have asked but in the heat of the moment umungst other questions i forgot; does it transfer, and what do i need to do?

I can call him and ask but i figured i would post up and get some feedback from other owners as well or someone who has actually been through this sort of situation. TIA!

Looks like you have 30 days. Don't be like this poor fella:

Don't know if the seller has to transfer it or if you can do it yourself.
