It's weird I had the same problem. I took it in and they said they are going to replace my whole headlight assembly under warranty. So I get a new headlight hopefully new ballast and everything. I'll let u know how that goes it goes in the shop on monday morning.

 

flicking HID lights on/off is not a good idea (they're not designed for that) - if you must, flick your high-beams on/off.

this happends to me to but if u wanna flash ur lights, flash ur brights dont turn them on and off, if that happends just turn ur lights off for bout 10 sec then turn them on

 

The HIDs are flickering cause god knows what, i am not doing them on purpose like that haha.
