OMG.. you guys must be blind. Gunmetal or not, they are still a much different shade than the chrome ones. The mystery remains unsolved.

 

its a reflective gunmetal ppl for god sakes. even your front grill is a reflective gunmetalish color not chrome!!!

 

its only on the IP coupes that have the "black" housing. and GG35 is right, the grill is gunmetallish. i also noticed that my stock 18s look like a different color from everybody elses. don't know what thats about but it looks good on my g.

like half yr ago i made a thread about this but no one responded me so yah. you actually can do the blackhousing yourself guys, its pretty easy and pretty cheap, my friends with s2k, celica, is300 all did it themselves, so yah...
