which engine the 180 hp or the 225 hp TT? With that setup on the 180HP engine he should be at 210-220hp. With the 225HP he might be at 250-260??hp. Does he have quattro? The 225HP only comes with quattro.

I think you are kidding with the 225 only comes in RWD...i aleast i hope u are.

aren't u the guy that's 15 years old? "ur alternative"? <~ for what? ur car? can u even drive yet?

 

A diverter valve is Audi's and VW version of a blow off valve. Instead of release the excess air out, it recycle it back into the intake. Another thing...instead of hearing the "ching," you hear..."swoosh."

 

The TT225 comes with quattro only. Audi has NO RWD cars in production currently. Everything is Fronttrak (FWD) or quattro (AWD).

If he has a 225 w/chip on race gas and exhaust he is pushing ~260hp/265torq. I think he'd win.

 

he would prob take you... those TTs are bad mothas.... i used to have an a4 with chip, injectors, and diverter valve... it was pretty quick... never underestimate the 1.8t.. that engine will go and go forever

 

Who cares if you can take him or not? Just race it and see what the results are. Why race if you only do it when you know you'll win?

You guys are forgetting, even if he has less horse power he's also driving a much lighter car than the G. The G only has 240bwhp and is a lot heavier than those little bug audi's.

 

Fill 1/4 tank with premium gas, get rid of spare and tools and you'll spank him bad unless he is heavy modded.

Make sure your G had at least 1200 mile break-in period.
