Re: Nismo bumper & wheels, pics

Question.

Did you replace the black plastic grill that comes with the OEM bumper? Or is the grill separate from the bumper? If so, does the black plastic grill work with the Nismo, or is it too small due to the larger opening on the Nismo? Does that make sense?

For what it is worth, I have the Stillen lower inserts on my OEM.

Your ride looks great. I considered Iforged, but was turned off to the company when the nzzling retards refused to tell me what offset they would be using. I would recommend rolling the fenders over cutting them. Cutting them will make them prone to bending. Again, congrats on a great looking ride.

The black plastic mesh in the OEM bumper is part of the bumper and does not come out. I just used some aluminum mesh, the stuff you see in all the aftermarket honda bumpers, painted it black and installed it. If you have the stillen mesh it may or may not fit due to the size of the holes in the bumper. I believe that stuff is pretty strong also, so bending it to fit may be a little work. The aluminum mesh is really easy to bend and cheap so if it is necessary it shouldn't cost more than 10-15 dollars.
