Seat Track Lubrication/Grease

Seat Track Lubrication/Grease
Have any of you guys added an grease to the track on your front power seats?
I noticed that my passengers side seat makes a light clicking noise when going forward, and I think it needs to be lubed up. I was going to just carefully squirt some white lithium into the track and then move the seat back and forth a few times to work it in.
Anyone else with this problem or see any issues with using white lithium? It's not a high heat application, so unless there is some adverse chemical reaction with whatever OEM grease they use.. I'd think this would be fine.

I ended up using White Lithium grease... it cured the problem!
Just make sure you use the straw on the head of the sprayer nozzle of the can of white lithium grease so you can spray it accurately and in a controlled fashion without making a mess of your interior. Keep a rag nearby too to clean up any overspray.
I moved the seat all the way forward, jumped in the back seat, and then lubed the tracks up pretty good... then moved the seat back and forth a few times and lubed it up again. That pretty much resolved the issue.
While you've got the can of white lithium grease out.... I'd recommend lubing up your hood hinges too. That's starting to become a huge problem area on our cars with tons of people.. where their hood hinges start to seize up and they ruin their hood and side panels trying to open it.
