I'm about to put in an order for a G35 which will take approximately 3 months to get. I am wondering if I should wait till the 2005 models come out. Does anyone know of any possible to changes or rumors for the 2005 models? Any info would help. I'm probably going with the IP w/ Graphite 6mt with aero. Thanks in advance.

I heard a possible horsepower increase. You probably won't be able to order an 05 until next July; getting it Sept. or Oct
at the earliest...my guess.

I'm just wondering where you guys heard about the interior re-design. Was it was from another enthusist, a person who works for nissan, a dealer, a trade magazine?

 

I think DFW_Infiniti on FreshAlloy (he is a dealer) made mention of the interior redesign.

i ordered my car, june 3 which was order day. i got my car in the first shipment of 04's. so... order then or first week of july to be safe

i hope they dont redesign the interior cuz that would make me sad

blitzjb-- your right, a car manufacturer usually wouldn't redesign an entire interior unless the whole car is totally redesigned. From year to year its usually just little upgrades but nothing too drastic.

Rumour is that the whole interior will be redesigned.
This is not cool. Infiniti should learn from other luxury auto makers. (i.e. BMW , longer car "cycle", slight redesign after 3 years,total after 6-7 years). They will make lots of current owners unhappy. They did this once already with the arm rest.
