Motorized Navigation Problem
#16
Our shop car started having some of the same issues when it is hot outside. We now put a sunscreen (from Brookstone) in the winshield when it's outside and there has been no further issues.
That will also lower your in-car temps around 20 degrees and the A/C will work better when you first crank it up.

Sounds like Nissans window motors. In both my dads 08 350z and my G coupe, when it gets really hot outside, the windows start acting really funny. They will roll up then come back down 1/2 way. And being that my dad's car only has 6k miles on it.. It shouldn't be doing it. Gotta hand it to Nissan on their window motor design! /Sarcasm

I drive a 05 auto G35 coupe, love the car cant really complain besides the issue iv been having with the Navigation. It seem slike when the car is parked outside in the sun, the navi dosnt turn on. It comes up and theres a black screen, and then goes back down. sometimes even after the cars been sitting in the garage after its been outside, and i take it our hours later the dam navi is still not working. Cant figure out whats the issue. Pull the cd in and out. there nothing else i can do. I took it to the dealer, dealer said he fixed it..meaning he didnt do ****. and so the problem continues. i wonder how many other people are experiencing this. aka the reason why i say in the heat is becuase i live in Toronto, and during the winter it works fine. any help would be appreciated. im thinkin of recording a video using my camera phone and showing infiniti. ill post it next time it happens.
