I searched on this and found a sedan answer, but not a coupe answer...
Every other car I've had in recent years, when you put the car in drive or get over a certain low speed, the doors automatically lock. Can this be set up in the 07 coupe? I didn't see anything in the owner's manual about it.

nope. well, I don't think with the 6MT it doesn't...

 

nor in my 5AT...

 

Just curious, but WHY? I had a car that did this when I added my aftermarket security system and it was basically just really annoying.

 

very annoying when U want to pour a beer/drink out at speed, and door is locked...American cars I think are the only ones that do, much like "safety" running lights...

 

Beer goes in your mouth... not on the road!
