Hi All

Just washed the car and after i rolled down the windows, there was a 1/2 inch line of grease. I have read some post about it but i was just wondering is it possible to have the dealership fix it (free) if the car is no longer under warranty or would i have to pay. ALso, what have been your experience with a dealership. Thanks in advance

If it's not under warranty, ain't nothin' free. There is a TSB out about the issue, but I haven't read it in a long time so I don't know what the exact fix is. Infiniti TSB and you should be able to find it.

 

I just looked through the TSB and could not find anything, only things were about the sound the windows make. Any links/info would be appreciated.

There is a TSB for that grease mark. I had it fixed when I was under warranty. Don't think they'll fix anything for free after the Bumper-to-Bumper is gone.

 

would anyone know how much a service at the stealership is going to charge me or is there a cheaper alternative?
