With all those mods...I'd try for 40k. If you don't get any bites, take off the turbo and sell it separately.

That would be a waste of time.

I'd try doing my best to sell it at around 29-30k.

Realistically, you might get 26K out of it. Modding a car really doesn't do much to its value, sadly.

Goodluck!

I love what you did with the 17's. I've always loved the concave of the 17s, but the 18's are a better looking size.

More. Yours is only 1 model year older than mine, other than NAV and 6 MT I too have all the OEM accessories but w/o any of the rest of the things you've done, my '04 has a book value of about $24-25k.

If you cannot get ~$35k or more, I'd be surprised. You never get out what you put in tuning upgrades, but that's a real sleeper and an impressive list!

Mods will, in some instances, lower a car price too, if it isn't done tastefully (read: Ricey ). From what the past have shown, selling your car with all that on it will basically get you the base value, unless you get someone who wants all those mods. Just don't try selling that on Autotrader or the like and expect to get any of the risidual value back from the mods. Good Luck!

Not sure what your G is worth; good luck on the Vette. I sold my 2000 coupe to get a 2007 loaded G35 coupe. My Vette turned into a mechanical nightmare toward the end. It was the car I always wanted and I'll get another at some point. You'll enjoy the Corvette "family". Check out www.corvetteforum.com for great info.

I'm saying that it will sell for 30k, considering the person who buys it, they probabaly know what was done to be laying out the 30k for an 03. Unless youget a random guy who doesnt know, whos willing to pay more, the buyer that looking into the car will know he could build the motor himself. I'm not sure what to offer it for, try

www.modifiedautotrader.com

I found it the other day and it pretty cool to see a site like that to sell our cars on.

I like people who want to get money back for mods. Shouldnt you mod with the intent of you being happy with it, and when/if you decide to sell you don't recoupe any money.

However if you want to recoupe money you return to stock and sell individually. There is the other spectrum that maybe someone will want something that is modded and does not car for the personal touch of doing it themselves.

I can not give a price b/c in instances like this the mod'd money doenst effect me

True, I recently bought a 1991 Sentra SE-R for $5k, while the Edmunds price for the car is more like $1800. However the parts list alone, forget the car, tops $8000 (Progress custom CO's, sways, chassis brace, Wildwood brakes, custom Magnaflow exhaust and Hotshot header, highflow Cat, Motegei Traklites, etc. - it's a very long list) and it was completely dialed in, corner balanced, by Dave Coleman at SCC. To me that's worth it because I know exactly what was done to it, plus Dave popped in a new SR20DE before selling it (old motor = 125k miles, new JDM motor < 30k miles).

Point is he got his price and more because the mods are so well documented. I think that helps a lot in getting another person like yourself to buy into the car. If you can't get that kind of buyer then you'll take an enormous bath that would almost lead me to part it out as much as possible and trade it in with most of the stock components.

Project SE-R

To be honest I'd put it back stock as much as possible. That way there is no if's, what if's, and's or but's about it. Some people are really picky about mods especially when they are done to the motor.
