How many went from a 03-06 coupe to a 07 sedan???

I took my 04 6 MT for service and was given a 07 sedan loaner. I was overwhelmed by the power of the 07 sedan. While I knew it has more power than my 04 coupe, I did not realize it will be felt so significantly.
It almost felt like an AMG compared to my coupe. I was wondering if any of you made the move to an 07 sedan and whether you consider such move justified in terms of experiencing exhilaration.

Regardless of how you drive the stick '04 G35 coupe, and I have one, the '04 G35 with 6mt is 5.9 from 0-60, and the '07 sedan is 5.2. That's a big difference, although I prefer stick myself.

I'll be making that move when my '04 will need an upgrade. I was considering the sedan before I got my coupe and the new sedan is a big improvement over the previous one. I'll probably wait another year or two to see if they improve it even further and than I'll get it.

it might be a surprise to some of you coupe guys but the 07 sedan does have some low end *****... it will take a coupe off the line (stock vs stock pre-08).

Definitely not trying to start a war here... just browsing and came across this...

I have been considering the newer sedan as a replacement for my Coupe when the time comes. I just wish they could do a better job with the overall quality control of the interior with regards to rattles and hardware. I realize the 07 is an improvement of the 1st series in this area, but still lacks the quality found in the European cars. The performance has always been a positive, now if they only could get the rattles resolved.

I was also given an 07 sedan as a loaner when I got my 04 coupe serviced and it was nice, but I'd never actually buy it b/c I'm not a fan of sedans...this isn't really a coupe v. sedan issue, its the fact that the newer models are faster
