I need some help anyone. I called intensepower.com the last week and ordered the Helix Test Pipes for my coupe. I called on Wednesday and was told that they would have the parts on Friday and ship them immediately to me so I would have them by today. I never got a tracking number or anything like that. I have been trying to call them but no one is answering the phone there or returning any calls. has anyone ordered through this website b4 and does anyone know how they run their business.

 

I've been told that the places cheats people, I usually say stuff about the company because I thought it was good but I was informed they pretty much rob people (i-m-racing.com) [img]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/img]

 

Get your money back as quickly as you can. They have an unsatisfactory rating w/ the Better Business Bureau. Everyone has horror stories about their bad service.

yeah they suck major @$$. It took them over 2 months to send me my stupied nismo oil filler cap and month and a half to send me my sky line emblems. There super slow and have the worst costimer servise ever. They dont rob people like they will send you your stuff but it takes them an abnormily long time to do so and they never answer there damn phone. When i tried to email them it said the email didnt exsist. Try some place else.... good luck man

Well, i was thinking about buying stuff from them but I've send them a few emails regarding my question but they never return any...NOT ONE! What a nice way of doing business...

This is really amazing to hear about this place. I ordered an Injen CAI Intake and the new SES Exhaust as well. THEY CALLED MY HOUSE to tell me the exahust wouldnt be available immediatly as it wasnt out yet ( this was before christmas) but I received my intake way before christmas. And when the time came for the exhaust to come in, i emailed them at night and received a reply with a tracking # the next morning. I have no complaints with this company at all. I even had free shipping on the exhaust, which saved me $70
