I was driving in Boston downtown, waiting for the intersection to clear up and turn left. As i was going to put in gear this Dodge Neon bumped me from the rear, then i was like WTF was that. I got off and ask that guy what happened and he said "Yea, I cabbed you. Nothing happened to your car" then i was like F you, check the bumper there was a long scratch on the left side of the plate and the plate was bent in. and also left some green paint from that Neon.
i copied everything down and took pictures. going to call the insurance tomorrow and file the claim.
I was like WTF was that necessary to bump me coz i was waiting for the traffic to clear and a second late to start the car?? Man the car was perfect for 5 months....

I got rear ended 2 weeks after I got my car with paper plates still on it. Guess what, I called the cops and since there were no witnesses and it was her word against mine, her insurance did not pay because the stupid witch told the cop that I backed into her at the light. What kind of crap is that, the cop did not ticket her and I got screwed, it cost me 500 for a new bumper. Good luck!!!

Backed into her? Umm.. in a rear-end collision, the car in back is always at fault in every state I've lived in. (Okay, so that's just Texas and California....)

Sorry to hear it. My sedan got it's replacement rear bumper at 3 months. At lease in my case, the guy was friendly, apologetic, and accepted the blame without hassle.

Oh my god, I thought it only happen to me. 5 years ago, I was rear ended by an 80 year old grandma driving a manual trans, but her insurance refuse to pay because that 80 year old grandma stated that I back into her at the stop light, I was like WTF. You got to be kidding. Well, that was 5 years and $2000 ago.

Hi, in regards to the witch hitting me at the light, I do live in Texas and it is bs that she was not ticketed. I filed a claim against State Farm insurance and they still refused to pay. It's a bunch of crap, the cop should have done his job properly.
