i have the same problem. pop comes from right side of sunroof as i go up or down driveway or garage ramp at an angle. service adivsor at local infiniti said they're aware of problem and that there's really not much they can do. he blamed the problem on the rigid design of the car's frame. i've just learned to live with the "pop."

 

"rigid design of the car's frame" haha. My Integra has less popping noises then the G.

And whats up with the "loose bolts" with our G?
1) Loose rear axle bolt
2) Loose sunroof bolts

 

the robots that build are cars aren't getting paid enough so they're being careless.

 

my car makes more of a creaking sound when i go over really steep inclines and stuff, i just think its the car shifting because its on like 3 wheels almost

 

lol you should really not be getting a g35 on 3 wheels man.

 

Mine does it all the time going into my garage, the G has a stiff suspension with short travel, it happens. I pretty much have to take a running start so I can get up without spinning one of the rear wheels, then brake at the crest of the incline so I don't scrape, all while making sure the gate stays open
