Exclamation PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! Unknown problem.

I just put on my new wheels last night, and after having a problem with the car slightly leaning to the drivers side, I was trying to help the spring settle by driving around, and after driving for a few minutes, I begin to hear a very loud sqeaking sound from the right rear. It's a very loud squealing noise and happens when the car is going foward. It also gets louder when the car slows down. I don't know much about suspension work, but I already took off the wheel again and put it back on, and the problem still persists. PLEASE HELP!!!

It also begins to give out a loud scraping sound when I slow down.

I can hear the spring move when I begin to let the car roll, but I still don't know what the sqeaking sound is every time the wheel turns.

Look for scraping inside the wheel lip or on the calipers...

Might not be a proper fit..

I didn't really see any scrapes on the calipers or on the lip. It fits fine on the left rear, but it's the right rear that's giving me the problems. I did notice though there was some scrapes on the lug nuts. I have the blue rays, and the end of the lugs has all of the color stripped off. Is that normal?

block the front tires GOOD... jack up the rear side just enough so the tire is not touching the ground, throw her in neutral and turn the wheel by hand and see if you can replicate the sound and pinpoint the location any better.

on some springs there are rubber pieces that go on the first few coils of the springs. Maby they were not put in.

I'm on stock springs though. I haven't had this problem with my stock wheels.

what new wheels did you get? and what is the offset?

Guys could a bad offset have anything to do with it? It's the only thing I can think of.

Possible the offsets are not the same from L to R side? One side scraping cuz offset different. Wheel shop screwed up?
I say put your stocks back on and see if sound is still there and closely check both aftermarket wheels/tires for same size and offset. Diameter too since sounds like you still not sitting even.

Blue coming off lug nuts...no thats not normal...sounds like they used a impact gun...they shouldn't have used that. Should've used hand wrench with torque ratchet only and torque to...thinks its no more than 80 ft/lbs.

Could this sound be brakes? Thinking about what they did to your lugnuts, they might have torqued the sheit out of your wheels to the point of warping the rotor. That can happen if they torqued waaay to much.
