Anyways...

Most, if not all, state vehicle codes require an amber display in the front. So regardless of what color, there is a 50/50 chance of getting a fix it ticket.

Its very difficult for us to know what is too blue for you...ljn is right tho you run the risk of getting a fix it ticket no matter how blue you go so if its the law your worried about, I wouldnt do it at all. If its "riceyness" status your looking to stay away from dont get blue at all and settle for some nice hyper white color IMO. Just use google, scroll through the site sponsors, marketplace, etc.
