What to do about an infiniti dealer giving me the run around?
Does anyone know how to get ahold of an infiniti rep outside of the actual dealership?
I'm having excessive oil consumption problem (in the tune of 3qts for 3k mi) and they keep talking to me like I am an idiot or something, and even to the point of blatant lies. I'd like to escalate this, as I've heard of other people with probs with the very same dealer. Hardly the kind of response I'd expect to get from a company like infiniti.
Thanks in advance guys.

If it's the dealership you purchased it from, contact the BBB and they will handle it for you. The BBB and Corporate will be the best bet.

Although I dont know who are the Rep in your area, but contact Andy2434 and 06CVP35 (John), they can point you to right direction if you want to escalating this issue to a third party...Or maybe you could find a different dealership to do OC test.

Even if its used your ok the warranty moves with each buyer. They know about this problem but try to brush it off so that there is not a multi million dollar recall on these cars. You can tell them your going to contact a lawyer. I know someone that did this with FORD, and he came out way on top. they can not deny service to a car under warranty. stay on them! keep us posted. good luck
