I just bought my revo ss about 4 months ago and I love it it feels much better then the b&m in my opinion. I dont know how much they are charging now but I paid 60 dollars with overnight shipping best deal ever and it is a very high quality I give it 2 thumbs up

what about the stillen short shifter? i had one of theirs on my old altima, and well, it made alot of noise and was hella annoying, but yes, the shifting was much tighter and quicker.

pardon my ignorance of shifters but is the device in question (the stock shifter, rogue, revo, etc.) the device that controls the "gating" of first gear unless the revs are matched properly?

im interested in a short throw shifter, but i like the security of knowing that my stock one will not allow me to accidentally shift fifth to first

^^^They did another production run.
I love mine. Keeps stock in cabin height. They lenghtened below the pivot ball for the reduction in throw.

To answer OP original question...the 06, maybe 05 and 07's too is slightly shorter than 03-04's. 05-06-07 have the rev-up VQ's. Think thats when they shortened them and why.

Has anybody else used the Revo? I know someone selling their Rogue short shifter, but not sure if it's worth it.
