I'm not telling you to go do this, but it works for me and I choose the right time and place to do it and always on a stretch of road with several lanes... If you decide to try this, please be safe and considerate of any other cars on the road or cars entering your path from ramps etc.

Update: I just got my car back from the dealer and they told me a story. Apparently the 05 Coupes are known for having heat issues in the front brakes. Infiniti does not currently have a plan to correct the issue. They did however give me new pads and machined the rotors. They said when they pulled the old pads off the material was literally melted!! The tech told me he had never seen such a thing before and that I will just need to go easier on my brakes.





Hummmm... might be time for an upgrade.
